Objective
Move the whole stack of four discs from the left peg to the right peg before the computer finishes its own solve.
How to Play
- Choose Easy for a slower computer with extra moves or Hard for a near-optimal computer.
- Click a peg with a disc to pick up its top disc, then click another peg to move it there.
- You may move only one disc at a time, and only the top disc on a peg can move.
- A larger disc can never sit on top of a smaller disc. If a move is not allowed, try a different peg.
- Watch the move counter to see the computer's race progress.
How to Win
You win by completing your tower before the computer finishes. The computer wins if it completes its solve first.
Tips
- Move the smallest disc often; it is the easiest one to free.
- Think a few turns ahead so you do not trap a big disc under smaller ones.
- The optimal four-disc solution takes 15 moves.
