Objective
Collect more stones in your store than your opponent by choosing smart pits, earning extra turns, and making captures.
How to Play
- Each player owns the six small pits on their side and the large store at their right.
- The game begins with four stones in every small pit and no stones in either store.
- On your turn, pick one of your non-empty pits. All stones from that pit are dropped one at a time into following pits and your own store.
- Skip your opponent's store while sowing. If your last stone lands in your store, you get another turn.
- If your last stone lands in an empty pit on your side and the opposite pit has stones, you capture both pits into your store.
How to Win
When one side has no stones left, all remaining stones move to the stores. The player with the bigger store total wins.
Tips
- Count before you move so the last stone lands where you want.
- Look for extra-turn moves first, then capture chances.
- Keep some stones on your side so the game does not end before you are ready.
