Estate Dash

Objective

Dash around town, manage your money, and win by buying a special estate or being the last player with cash.

How to Play

• You are Player 1 and start at home with $50. Choose Play vs Computer for 1-3 computer opponents, or Online Multiplayer for an internet game.
• Roll the die on your turn and move around the 28-space board. Passing Start gives you a $5 bonus.
• Landing on another player's home means paying $5 rent. Service spaces, such as repairs or food stops, charge the amount shown.
• Shortcut spaces jump you forward to a new tile. Estate spaces offer properties with different prices; if you can afford one, choose Buy to take it.

How to Win

Buying an estate ends the game immediately and makes you the winner. If players run out of money first, the last active player wins instead.

Tips

• Keep a little money ready for rent and service costs.
• Passing Start can save you, so a full loop is sometimes better than a risky buy.
• If you land on an estate you can afford, think fast: buying is your clearest path to victory.
