Objective
Claim more boxes than the other player by drawing the fourth side of as many squares as possible on the board.
How to Play
- The board has a 5 by 5 field of boxes, made from rows of dots and clickable lines.
- Players take turns clicking one empty horizontal or vertical line between two dots.
- When your line completes a box, that box becomes yours and your score goes up by one.
- If one line completes two boxes, you get both points.
- Completing any box lets you play again. If you do not complete a box, the turn switches.
How to Win
When all 25 boxes are claimed, the player with the higher score wins. Equal scores make a tie.
Tips
- Early on, avoid creating a box with three sides unless you have a plan.
- Watch for chains where one move can lead to several boxes.
- Sometimes giving up one box can prevent your opponent from taking many more.
