Be the last player with dice left under your cup. Everyone begins with five dice, but only you can see your own roll.
On your turn, make a bid such as “at least four dice show 3” across every player’s hidden dice. The next bid must raise the quantity, or keep the quantity and raise the face. This version keeps it simple: ones are not wild. If you think the last bid is too bold, press Challenge instead of bidding. All cups lift, matching dice are counted, and someone loses one die.
If the bid was true, the challenger loses a die. If the bid was false, the bidder loses a die. A player with no dice is out, and the last player standing wins.
Use your dice as clues, but remember everyone else is hidden. Small believable bids are safe, while brave bluffs can force mistakes. Watch how many dice remain before challenging.
